Engineering Protocol v3.0

Technical Integrity

We speak the language of data. Our workflows are rigorously aligned with international BIM protocols to ensure zero-loss coordination.

ISO 19650 Compliance

Information Management

We don't just "save files". We implement a structured Common Data Environment (CDE) strategy for every partner. This includes distinct containers for:

  • [WIP] Work In Progress - Unit Production
  • [SHARED] Verified Coordination - For Engineers
  • [PUBLISHED] Client Approval - Fixed Milestones

Quality Assurance (QA/QC)

Before any model leaves our server, it passes a rigorous health check:

  • ✓ Warning Count under 100
  • ✓ View Templates assigned to all sheets
  • ✓ Purged unused families (< 200MB file size)
  • ✓ Shared Coordinates verified

Level of Development (LOD)

LOD 300

Geometry is precise. The element is defined as a specific system, object, or assembly in terms of quantity, size, shape, location, and orientation.

Use Case: Coordination
DEFAULT

LOD 350

Includes model detail elements such as supports, connections, and interfaces with other building systems. Construction-ready accuracy.

Use Case: Documentation

LOD 400

Fabrication-ready geometry. Elements are modeled with sufficient detail for fabrication and assembly (e.g. steel bolts, rebar).

Use Case: Fabrication
